Section 01

Definitions and Interpretations

The following words and phrases used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings:

• "ba818" or "Platform" refers to the ba818.cam website and all services operated under it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, credit or reward provided by ba818.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any financial stake placed on the platform.
• "Taka" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi currency (BDT).

Words used in the singular in these terms also apply in the plural, and vice versa. Section headings are for readability only and do not affect legal interpretation.

Section 02

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use any service on ba818. This platform is open only to those aged 21 or above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and, if detected, the account will be closed immediately.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, ba818 reserves the right to close all accounts and void any pending winnings. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or network, they must contact us separately.

2.3 Accurate Information

At the time of registration you must provide true, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of any pending balance.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ba818 may request identity verification from a user at any time. This process may require submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address or other documents. Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

Section 03

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ba818 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). This same minimum applies to every payment method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly, though delays may occur due to technical or banking reasons.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). ba818 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1 hour. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods

ba818 supports the following payment methods:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank Transfer

Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted. It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the ba818 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not possible.

3.5 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears fraudulent, illegal or suspicious, ba818 may hold it for investigation. In such cases the user may be asked to provide additional information.

Section 04

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ba818 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is added to the account automatically — no separate claim is required.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 25 times before you are eligible to withdraw. Bets placed on certain games may contribute differently to the wagering calculation.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus will only be withdrawable once the specific terms of that promotion have been met.
• Only one active bonus can be held on an account at any one time.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance also cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ba818 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

4.4 VIP Program

ba818's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Through regular play, users can move up to higher tiers step by step. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum.

Section 05

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and event. These limits are clearly displayed within the game and ba818 reserves the right to change them at any time.

5.2 Bet Cancellation and Amendment

A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be cancelled or changed. ba818 reserves the right to cancel any bet in the event of a technical error, incorrect information or unusual circumstances. In such cases the original bet amount will be refunded.

5.3 Technical Errors

Results displayed due to server errors, software faults or communication issues may be considered void. ba818 reserves the right to reclaim any winnings incorrectly displayed as a result of a technical error.

5.4 Fraud and Manipulation Prohibited

Any form of fraud, system hacking, use of bots, match fixing or other dishonest practices is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

5.5 Multi-Account Exploitation Prohibited

Using the accounts of family members, friends or other individuals to claim the same bonus or offer multiple times is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
